Really, you solved nothing, most guns used in violent crimes are not registered or are not legally obtained. lol you think gangsters go the store to buy guns. In fact you made it a lot worse cause now the violent criminals have access to their guns through the black market as they always did and the law abiding citizens don`t, so the killing will increase.

My point is that the gun laws do not take any guns away from the bad guy only the good guys.

This is one of the argument against guns.  I for one support the right to bear arms and support the right to bear all kinds of them.

But, in response to counters....

A gun is swift, often easily accessible, and  devastating on a level far and above:  hands, hammers, etc.  Making survivability extremely lower.

Like i said earlier, i am not for banning guns or assault weapons.  Just trying to follow the arguments and see where they go with out all the fighting.
