Guys, you are so immature.  Pick up a bodybuilding mag or look online and I am sure you can see Lee training his hamstrings doing SLD's.  You are both coming accross as super gay.

I do them sometimes..hamstrings are always sore the next day..its usually my last exercise though, im getting lazy and skip it. Grin

I like to do 6 sets per exercise and high reps for legs.  I find you get more growth if you push past the pain barrier and just zone out to get those reps.  I use moderate to heavy weight.

This is one exercise I use on rare occasions when my back goes out. My hamstrings and lower back really get a nice stretch that seems to fix any of my back problems.

1 set til failure on full squats with an 80 pound dumbbell in each hand for 15-20 reps
