Look folks, I hope Melvin opens a clinic or whatever other fitness related business he desires. He has been boasting about doing so for years and years. Keith called him out and so did I. What is so hard about opening a gym? Have a go and don't have any regrets. Of course, guys like Goodrum won't listen to good advice because he doesn't have a clue what that might be. Joe could help him. Small premises - not tiny - with good service. I doubt Melvin wants to be helping people in a clinic when he can sit on his ass in his trailer and post on Getbig about his big dreams. Why people encourage him is beyond me.

I'm actually on a very very bust street. It is the main through way going east and west through our town of 12,000. Subway is to the east of me, Taco Bell to the west of me and Wendy's is right across the street. That's our cardio walking across the street or down the block to eat

Very easily accesible but it is in an older building.
