seriously though been eating white rice religiously whenever i can, i eat it plain with one exception after everyfew mouthfulls of rice ill eat a spoon full of vanilla pudding

i really dont like rice pudding , i like to capture the essence of plain rice in mass quantities, its the rice that will make me stronger not the sweet stuff. the pudding helps with craving even more rice

its probably the sugar addiction but tricking it with rice, teasing the sugar addiction with pudding then fulfilling it with rice, ill eat enough rice till i want another spoon full of banana puddding thats how it works, workouts have been getting better weekly and at its best today cause i was so tired from everything yesterday that i slept a full 10 hours that really recharged me so today im taking full advantage of training

Sounds like you need grape juice and buttermilk....the fruit acid in the grape juice and the vinegar acid in buttermilk will release the anabolic properties of the rice but remember to eat a spoonful of vanilla pudding every fifth bite of rice.....fourth bite won't release the anabolic properties and bite six will cause you to overtrain.  Bite five of pudding will function like a shot of testerone while sending your body into a state of ketosis.

Sometimes it seems like you treat your body like it is a garbage disposal, Falcon.

Why white rice? Why not brown rice? What's in store bought banana pudding? It probably doesn't even contain any bananas, just sugar and chemicals.
