One thing I use to judge multi-vitamins is the color of my urine. I know this might sound stupid, but if I get some crazy colored ***, like all neon yellow, then I know that there are a heck of a lot of vitamin B in it atleast that's causing that. So Animal-Pak totally does that, makes my *** freakin' stink too...
