if you follow Layne at all, and still believe that he's lying through his teeth about being natural then it says something about you rather than Layne. A very basic human trait is the ability to trust someone and gauge their character.

If you are so sure he isn't natural then put your money where your mouth is and challenge him to take a test

hard to tell from a picture, 100X easier when you see them in person, thickness and size are hard to tell from pic. he might be as thin as a pop tart for all i know. that level of muscularity however is possible without drugs though ftw

What amazes me is why so many guys on here seem obsessed about who uses what drugs.
The only thing we can really gauge is a guys physique and strength.
Plus, I crack up over how any guy with decent size and/or power must be juiced to the gills.

layne has always been natural, he looks smaller here because the heme iron is causing osteoperosis, causing his bone mass to be less dense, heme-iron /consuming meat all your life isnt exactly a bright thing to do

eventually someone wakes up and realizes "hey i shouldnt be eating that "being" with a spinal cord, a rib cage, two eyes and a mouth, perhaps that isnt the smartest thing"

i mean, the legs mustnt be huge, but bit of ass and well cut quads and some swing in the hamstrings is apreciated by women.

i have never seen a woman saying wow look this gut looks so good with huge upper body but stick legs.

my legs have a reasonable amount of muscle on them with no direct weight training, because I'm natural it would be very difficult to get an upper body that would look stupidly out of proportion anyway. If I was juiced to the gills then yea I would make an effort to train legs.

I trained my calves for a year solidly and didn't gain an inch on them, calves  are all genetics.

In all modesty, the fact that many refuse to believe I did it without drugs ( pic), is a bigger compliment then you know.
