I think if a president makes a great enough contribution to the country then we should honor them with some sort of gesture whatever it is.
That being said obama has not done anything worth even considering such a gesture and I would think that even his most ardent supporters would agree.
George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln certainly have their place in americant history...
