No, but I want to get insanely ripped and OneTimeHard has the right approach with 10,000 calories. I want to see what happens.

I think the irony goes more in the lines of 10.000 calories of keto foods, which WILL make him GAIN FAT even though he is in a ketogenic state because of the energy surplus.

I'm just having a laugh with TA. He hasn't given a thought outside this thread to any 10,000 calories. He's probably now in his Southern-appointed kitchen, whistling Dixie, and waiting on some Battle of Chancellorsville biscuits.

I agree, hey if he can prove to even eat 7000 calories of protein only in one day I will solute him but he know for damn sure he can not even get 5000 in. I am with bigmc, step up or shut up.

What are you willing to put up for that challenge? "Onetimehard" once claimed a 225 bench for 45 reps. When I expressed doubt of this claim he asked that I pay him $200

What are you willing to put up for that challenge? Hey bro I can swallow my pride, I have no problem with that. You know me bro I will straight up solute you and say I was wrong about somone not being able to eat 7000 calories worth of protein only, nothing will change in regards to the original thread, however proving me wrong that someone can eat 7000 calories worth of protein from morning to night is rewarding enough, I guess a reasonable wager won`t hurt either, but keep in mind I am one of the poor getbiggers not one of the ones with 100 000 dollars cars and million dollar house I have a family to feed

When I expressed doubt of this claim he asked that I pay him $200 No I said I have done as many as 45 before and 315 for 24 reps as well and I said I will wager 200 dollars for 40 reps and I would need 4 weeks to switch the type of training to what is required, in fact I tried after that thread and hit 36 so another 4 reps would be nothing if I trained that way for 4 weeks, BTW the offer still stands.

None of this is correct, your claim was that 224x40 would be a "bad day" and a "good day" would be 45 reps. There was also no mention of a four-week training period. Paddle..paddle...paddle 225x36 is very strong, I'm not sure why people feel the need to inflate their claims in this way. Perhaps an absent father figure.
