He says to take 1,200mg of alpha-glycerophosphocholine in gel 45 minutes before workout and take carosine throughout your workout. can someone tell me what they are?

GPC is supposed to assist with focus, among other things. 

Carnosine shows some promise as an antioxidant and blood vessel dilator, and "may" be useful in anti-aging applications.

Whether you'd notice anything by taking either product is questionable.
