No 1 in NYS in the hammer throw 2 years in a row
Gold medal Empire State Games - Hammer Throw
Competed in Div 1 Track n Field Throwing Events at Manhattan College - ECAC Division
2nd Degree black belt in CQB - plus 15 years of martial arts experience. 6 years Kuykoshin, 2 years BJJ
Competed in 5 bodybuilding shows. Screwed up 4 times - won my class and No 2 overall in 1 show. Natural every show.
Been lifting for 20 years.
Self employed for 10 years plus
I will put my record vs anyone!

I have never hidden a damn thing from anyone.
My first show was in 1997 and Kai was the guest poser. NY Grand Prix NPC. I was ingreat shape for my first show at 22, but it was npc and i was clean.
