Hammer Throw is a great event.   I was number 1 in my county in the Discus and pretty good at the Shot too. 

Kudos. 'Hammers' were what we used to call guys who were unable to discern nuance or ambiguity -ie. everything they see is a nail.

Ronnie was the guest poser and he looked like a cartoon chaavhter.  Kai won overall and had the best routine.

I then did 4 shows naturally in Tarrytown under a small. Org.    Might do one more after the Mudders.
