Its not a "circle jerk".  The story I posted in Raleigh, where the Man was shot and paralyzed this month and his wife sexually assaulted, occurred in an affluent neighborhood I have visited many times, right next to the governor`s mansion.  I have walked on the street that it happened on for a homes tour.  You would have never expected something like that in a million years there.  But you know what, it happens EVERYWHERE.  Probably not much in the Mid-West, (Chicago and Detroit Excluded of course) or West Coast (I wonder why), but in the South, North and East Coast, you have a major issue here and its most likely to be perpetrated by one type of person.  You can hide your head in the sand all you want, the statistics do not lie.
