I try to stick to protein only for my night time feedings. Last time I dieted I had jello light in the fridge for those times when I woke up starving.

OK, but Princess L (and i'm risking a lot by asking this question but i'm dead serious) do you think males suffer similar hormonal fluctuations that cause things such as pissiness (it's a word, dammit), food cravings, better/worse workouts, etc.?  I feel like this happens to me.  And not every now and again, it's pretty predictable.

I try to grab some almonds or a can of chicken/salmon. If I don't have any or those I'll drink a couple of protein shakes.

I just saw a report on that yesterday, but I don't recall where.    :-\ It did say many males DO experience fluctuations that react similar.

IT'S NOT GRAMMAR, IT'S SPELLING.  good grief.  Is it too much to ask that someone spell a word as simple as "snack" correctly?

As i say, if you want us to take the time to help and respond, take the time to make your post coherent.
