Hey Ron! 333386 has been a hot topic around here the last few weeks. He was called out by many, and has proven multiple times with ample evidence that he is EXACTLY everything he claims he is...and, that includes being a former bodybuilding competitor! He's even expressed interest in making a run on one last show. Maybe you'll get them in time for your first Master's show! Im 37 but feel like im 25. I have been meeting some really fucking cool peeps through this GoRuck Challenge. A few of the guys are doing the same races I am and we already are planning meet ups ahead of these things. |

No - but i will tell you - my workouts lately are going great and im ready for fucking WAR 100 Burpees warm up - usually w 50 pull ups interspersed Rushfit workout or dumbbells circuits w little no rest - 30 minutes 2-3 mile run I feel like a fucking beast from hell right now. |

April 13th. I hope to take a bunch of pics. Funny too - a lot of dudes doing the GoRuck NYC are also doing this and we plan on meeting up. mostly a bunch of lifting / libertarian / gun owners too. |
