Cheese burgers were not a part of Dexters contest diet. Dexter would eat them in the off season and sometimes cheat during contest prep while eating a cheese burger. Ruhl is just exaggerating.

Cheeseburgers are good for you and part of a contest diet if you want them to be.  Hope this helps.

Define competition.  If one gets into contest shape but does not compete, whats the difference?

But you have never been in contest shape nor have you helped anyone that has. You have been close but not contest shape.

It's ironic that the people who look terrible are always the experts on this site. No bodybuilder diets on cheeseburgers

thx for pointing this out.

true adonis dont like to hear this.

No prob, I know exactly how Dexter dieted. Egg whites, chicken, turkey, fish, red meat, potato yam rice etc. He cut his cals as the contest got closer. Nothing fancy just regular clean foods and calorie counting.

I feel sorry for these newbs that read comments from bodybuilders about eating shit before a contest and then run out to McDonalds and order 10 happy meals thinking they will get ripped. A cheat meal?  Fine, but not all the time.

Beef and potatoes are both highly anabolic.

Problem w cheating is that once you start  - its hard to stop and you end up rationalizing it.

Been there done that.

Not as anabolic as having faith in God.

Look tbh if we want advise on petrified wood or nice houses we can ask true Adonis cos he has a nice house, if we want advise on dieting to look great I won't ask true Adonis cos he doesn't look good. Simple as that
