Libya falls under it depending on ones definition. Granted it`s more or less nonsense but the cultures share alot and libyans have little to with asian arabs.

Growing up several of my closest friends were black then once they got to college, for some reason they became ghetto as fuck, coming from a very white catholic high school.. kind of odd to me.

One of my best friends and former roommate is half black... however, he is probably whiter than me
