From The Bridge On The River Kwai, we have Sir Alec Guinness, Sessue Hayakawa, William Holden and Jack Hawkins. Peter Ustinov, Montgomery Clift, Tony Curtis and Toshiro Mifune deserve honourable mentions too and who can forget Cary Grant, Sir John Gielgud and David Niven?

there is just too many actors to name IMO, i mean in some movies your mind is blown away and other movies are "meh"

though i have to mention that that Christoph waltz's performance in inglorious bastards really impressed me, I love the way the first scene was done.

But yea, wayyy to many to name.

Brad Pitt has proven himself to be a pretty good actor as well. I think he's more than proven he has a lot more substance to him than just a "pretty boy". He was excellent in Seven.

Johnny depp is my fav actor, he takes on such diverse acting rolls. I also love Sophia Loren and Al Palcino.

Watch Runaway Train. You'll love it. He should have won an oscar for it. He's awesome in it and carries a very simple plot with precision and emotion. One of my favorite all-time movies.
