I interrogated the cleaning guy tonight

The Brazilian cleaning lady comes to work with this asshole Brazilian cleaning guy. He's always lurking when I want to ask the cleaning lady on a date. I have to get him out of the way, so I came up with an idea. I told him I needed to see him in the Security office. When he came in I informed him that money and valuables were missing from the office worker's desks, and people are saying he's stealing. I told him to admit it and I could see what I can do, but if he doesn't admit it I may need to call my buddy who works for Immigration. I demanded to see his passport and work visa and he started panicing. I told the cleaning lady that her co-worker is under suspicion, to be careful, and that it's best for everyone if he stays away from the building for now.

Instead of deporting him, you should have told him that he just pulled landscaping duty. Then packaged him up and sent him to Moosejay's house for detail.
