yes trying to not overtain to tax my CNS. Also going to do peroidization (ie. progressing every single workout) the experts tell me "progressive overload" is key.

also i hear "keep your back straight" is how you get big legs on squats gonna do that too

seems like ive got everything figured out

during work i had to eat 3 hersheys bars and a half jar of smuckers all natural peanutbutter it was like eating reeses cups but better

i had lots of energy and got things done my man its like i have to keep eating more and more to keep pace with life, its weird but naturaly thats what i have to do, if i dont eat what i want i got not that too much type of energy

I know what you mean man. when I do a shitton of bag work and focus mitt work and maybe even some boxing sparing I crave carbs like a madman. You got to eat more protein though, one way or another.

I like to kick my day of with mostly carbs and then progressively eat more protein as I get close to evening time.
