Seems like you'd be done your workout in less than 15 minutes.
no moderate and lots of volumn today i did for legs
3 warm up sets 4 plates per side 20 reps
Leg presses
6 plates 5 reps - 7 plates 5 reps 8 pate 5 reps.. (15 rep total) thats one set its like a drop set but instead working up in weight no rest just time for partner to put on the weights
