Saw Flex at a nutrition store where he was making an appearance in Pembroke Pines FL back in 99! He said he weighed 286 at the time! His arms were stupid big cartoon like! At the time I weighed 215 with a little over 18" arms! I would say his arms were 22" maybe a little bigger in my estimation!

To be honest with you in 1993 Flex Wheeler arms were around 20.5 to maybe 21 .....but in person it was hard to beleve they were not over 22 inches.... that's what really matter in BB.

He could tell you 23' in your face and still get away with it.

93 was before Flex used Synthol / Site injections so, off-season around 1999 his arms were probably close to 23"!

He used esiciline around then I'm sure don't think he used synthol untill around 1998 ,after he won the Arnold.

The average circumference of an adult man's head is a little over 23". When looking at photos, compare their biceps to their head. If it's clear its not even close, chances are high that they are BS'ing about their arm measurement.

this vid was shot circa 2007-2008. Ronnie was still pretty big.

At the 5:40 mark they measure it 55cm which equals 21.5 inches
