organic beef is the perfect supplement

Organic beef is a food. Food is not a supplement.

This is a good post!!!

What do you think of Beef Jerky?  It has so much protein per ounce!!

I just got a giant bag of organic beef jerky, was thinking of making some too!!

i order from big johns beef jerky online...

only bitch is that they spray it with a monoglutamate (not MSG but a monoglutamate is a monoglutamate)

Once you reach a nice protein intake, let's say 1-1.5 g/lb, supplementing with additional amino acids is not necessary and you are potentially wasting money on additional amino acid supplements without any benefits

Maybe for a natural, not for someone on the sauce and training hard.

Yes, I've never believed in making blanket statements about training or nutrition. Both are too individualistic, and there are too many exceptions.

That's why I tend to give people who try a hard time. If you insist that "all everyone needs is x, y, z," then you'd better be ready to defend your claim.

I always called bs on the claims of less than gram per pound being necessary. I lose muscle on that kind of ordeal... i eat some serious meat every day year round and it works for me. Carbs just make me fat but of course i need carbs like anyone else. Everyone's different..

I think these notions by 'researchers' and doctors coming to those conclusions was based on the needs of a couch potato 'tv athlete' who is scrawny or fat.

Metabolism, training habits, carb-sensitivity, etc. are different for everybody; thus, nutrition needs are different for everybody.

That's a blank statement brah, not true at all most studies are 12 weeks or something along those lines. So actually more akin to a cycle of a typical gym rat actually.

2 week study that's not a study lol....

i think supplements are fake

why would they be real if the law permits them to be fake
