What I ate so far today

breakfast : 3 organic whole eggs, cherry tomatoes, raw almonds and celery sticks with organic peanut butter

lunch : boiled pike with a little horseradish, ripe lemon and mixed pepper

At night I will have more pike and a few almonds.

so where you at now? bodyweight, bodyfat, arm size, etc?
I was 165 lbs today .. I don't take measurements. I am around 7-8% bodyfat at 5'11" and 1/2

My goal is to get to 6% naturally with just food, cardio and training. I am close to my goal. Will post pics when achieved.

PS: I have organic black cofee, a cup in the morning, and one in the afternoon. I also smoke organic tobacco (10 ciggies a day).

Who's AJ? I have my own style  ;D

I do 20 min after weights (3Xweek and another 3 days of 40 min in between) .. skipping rope or walking on treadmill at 6 speed and 6 incline

I wanted to show what it looks like to be 6% with no drugs and healthy as a horse. I do look awesome thanx  ;D

if u want health you should cut out the caffiene and cigarrettes and animal products and grains and just go vegan with lots of water and get yourself some mixed nuts veggies fruits and a vegan protein powder like mixing pea protein isolate and rice protein isolate.

try going without animal products and only raw fruits and vegetables and water. i guarantee you will feel an absolutely massive difference in your mood and energy. if you get weak or dizzy from low calories eat more fruit and have a handful of nuts.    meat wont kill ya but when you abstain your energy levels go through the roofl 

tobacco - cancerous as fuck , even without any added chemicals.

extra water = helps to detoxify

you do your own science. nice, with a test subject of 1, your results must have a high probability of accuracy!   ;D   

if you want to be an expert your going to have to study the material produced over decades by real experts who have conducted studies on thousands of people and repeatedly recieved the same results..  who have accesss to blood testing, mri's, etc etc
