you do your own science. nice, with a test subject of 1, your results must have a high probability of accuracy! if you want to be an expert your going to have to study the material produced over decades by real experts who have conducted studies on thousands of people and repeatedly recieved the same results.. who have accesss to blood testing, mri's, etc etc

the consensus in every single field of study has been built up upon over decades, in some cases centuries, and BILLIONS of dollars invested in equipment, test subjects, etc. you couldnt make a dent in the understandings of any single discipline even if you spent your entire life working on it. you simply dont have the cash to afford the kind of equipment and sample size youd need to establish any new findings.
if u want health you should cut out the caffiene and cigarrettes and animal products and grains and just go vegan with lots of water and get yourself some mixed nuts veggies fruits and a vegan protein powder like mixing pea protein isolate and rice protein isolate.
