hi,ive been bodybuilding now for 15 yrs,i have recently been for a blood test .and have been diagnosed with rumatoid arthritis due to my work.ive been using dorian yates training routine,heavy weight low reps to failure..,,question is do i continue this routine,or switch to another style of training?the pains in most of my knees and ankles when cold in temperature. do i stop and drop?passion of metal
