Why didn't Nasser hang out with his former competitors? Dorian and Chris Cormier would hang out. Flex and Ronnie would hang out. Shawn and Flex would hang out. Hell, I think Shawn and Dorian have talked a few times...and many of these guys have families and kids.
But, Nasser was divorced, correct? And didn't he snub coming to the anniversary of the Arnold Classic because they wouldn't pay for his ticket?

the AC organizers tried to contact nasser this year to attend the gathering and were going to pay for his ticket but he was in egypt and was using an egyptian number.. when they couldn't reach him they called his friend (the husband of ms. olympia kim) who was able to reach nasser via e-mail i think and told nasser about the gathering.. nasser really had no problem to attend this time but he just didnt want to cut his visit only to be there.. he thought about it for a couple of days then decided to stay in egypt.. he was enjoying his time in egypt and saw no point to leave.. was still planning to visit more cities and to meet more of his cousins.. when he decided not to go he phoned the organizers office or so and was astonished jim lorimer answerd the phone by himself,.. nasser gently apologized for not being able to attend and wished them good luck..

when i saw him the first time he told me this and was still thinking but it was clear he was not going to leave then after few days he told me on the phone about the phone call with jim lorimer..

hey bro I've been in this industry a long time and this shit happens unfortunately all the time.

guys are weird. they'll pay money to hang out with a pro. buy them dinners. give them kits and or anabolics to train with them. etc. its just a weird and creepy scene.

I'm not saying this is the case here but I hardly doubt this alex23 and Nasser just so happened to strike up an awesome friendship without some kind of initial contact used the guise of what I have written.
