breakkie was coffee with a bit of milk and sugar and 75 grams of white chesse

lunch was bean soup with one medium sized egg

and i'm thinking bout skipping din-din

total cals so far=1489

don't skip supper....eat some chocolate chip muffins washed down with chocolate milk...ummm sooooo good  ;D

Also, after talking to jonnhy falcon it appears olive oil contains fat burning properties...try to drink as much as you can.

i just had a quarter pounder with cheese and half a big mac, but i still only had 2500 cals, and that's allright in fact, coz i'll need the extra energy tomorrow when i train curls and push-ups and take my training loads up once again, per usual ;)

i plan to cycle cals staying @ 2200 for 3 days in a row and then on the 4th day going up to 2500

i've done this the past week and my ab skinfold is down 3 mm already ;)
