I'm not here to waste anyone's time donny especially you. I haven't really put much thought into my training over the years to be honest with ya. Just went to the gym lift some weights...go by how I feel and ate pretty well. I'm like bizarro dj181 where I've put all my emphasis on diet whereas he's only concerned himself with the training aspect.

so we need to combine forces then and create the ultimate bizarro Cheesy

i'll be bizarro trainer and you'll be bizarro "dieter" while 15 can be bizarro druggie, and then we'd be able to cover all 3 bases Grin

but you know my theory on why one should train legs.i totaly hate it, i fear it actually,haha, but its useful


I used to hate squats but now i love them. I like the feeling of overall fatigue..i have after a hard set seen white stars before my eyes... now super set squats with stiff deads and you will know pain.

you're gonna have to refresh my memory

I love the stiff legged deadlifts...one of my favourite exercises. Squats on the other hand ...not so much.

having a solid base is key,,to a bodybuilder,,boxer ,,, anyone. your lower body must be trained for overall power and strength. we are not looking for a weekend upper body here. my kicking in wado ryu and even Ving Tsun went through the roof with squats. lack of flexibility...no way power yes.

train legs bc its the biggest muscles on them, by having some meat on the legs, metabolism rate at rest and sleep and when moving will quite increase,thus, making dieting easier.

as for not training say, shoulders, its ok to skip shoulder workouts at times,i do that too, but eventually they will be the weak link when doing bench press,for example.

no matter how you turn it, have to train everything at times Cheesy

do like i do, train them for maintenance and not for gaining

it will help metabolism and burn some extra cals but it won't be some taxing enough to take away too much of your energy reserves for arms, chest and calves

btw, how about you and i have a little contest to see who can add the most lean muscle tissue to their arms and pecs Wink
