and my girl is coming over to me on tuesday and she is gonna make me a rice, chicken and veggie dinner and i don't wanna be a fucking prick for her but it's gonna be tough coz on tuesday i'll only eat breakkie so that i can kinda "enjoy" our din-din or at least i hope so :-\ :-\ :-\

i've warned her that i'm quite a handful and even my own mother says to me "how do you get those girls to stay involved with you? if i was with a man who said the things that you say to them then i'd leave you're ass and never come back" LOL!

You got them covered on this thread although Borracho has some big thighs as I haven't seen his hamstrings. Just honest though your frontal thighs overpower the hams. Maybe some stiff legged deads are in order.

do them every week,,,noticed when i go lighter better pump/form,,i sometimes have to ease up 275 is heaviest set i feel 225 best,,

Do you do them standing on a bench or platform ? The stretch very important. But as said your frontal overshadows the hams but all the way some big legs.

ur right i should go back to platform version.been doing regular standing for a long time,,,i do seated and lying leg curls and i do good balance of hi rep and low rep ,,i like 10/12 tho and with most leg movements i use stack on them,,i have very strong legs squatter,leg pres,lunges ,i'm no platz disciple tho i still have good balance upper to lower ..but good legs is never a bad thing,,,

What is your height? Strong leg guys tend to be shorter. I had to struggle being 6'2". But I have flexibility  which keeps me straight in the squats meaning not bring lower back in.
