what is B and my BODYFAT PERCENTAGE ??? 8% 12% 6% 5% etc?

again this is saying who as the better bodyparts, but it DOES NOT SAY WHO HAS THE LEAST BODYFAT ??? ??? ???

so it's seems that the final verdict regarding my leanness is roughly 6-7%

from my readings on-line essential fat is 2-3%

so........ FUCK IT

i'm going down to 4-5% 8)

and i'll get there within 2 weeks time ;)
