More details please - sound interesting. I'm dieting down abd lean - but this is not sustainable over the long run
Diet down as low as you can go...Then follow this
Day 1- super strict(low to no carb for days 1-4)
Day 2- super strict
Day 3- super strict
Day 4- super strict
Day 5- Eat anything you want. Booze it up if you want. Anything goes
Day 6- Water fast- Aim for 2 gallons of water nothing else
Day 7- Eat anything you want up until 6-7pm. Then no more food until you wake up for day 1
Repeat
The hardest days are day 3 and 4 which really are nothing because on day 5, you can eat whatever you want. If you overload and stuff yourself on day 5, day 6- the water fast day- is a breeze. By night time on day 6 you will be hungry but you get to wake up and eat anything you want. Go ahead and stuff yourself again on this day(7)but by 6pm, you get into strict mode for the next 4 days. Easiest type of diet i've ever done to maintain leanness.
