Well someone needs to tell him cause even the slightest improvements in this guys legs will result in leaps on his contests placings.

Does he still compete?

he should absolutely back off on his upper body.......and focus solely on his legs......most of these dudes talk about getting bigger......they don't need to get bigger...they need to get better......balance and harmony.......and refinement.

my 2 cents.

He blew the tendons in both his knees while playing basketball, landing awkwardly after jumping for the ball.

His upper body is suing his legs for non-support.

Insane from the waist up. Better than Coleman and Yates north of the thong line.

If that were the case, Mike Christian would have been Mr. Olympia or WBF champion in the 90s.

Honestly before you spout off about something you don't know anything about do a little bit of research.  Fat contains a ton of stem cells. Coleman actually layers it into the muscle itself. The results speak for themselves.

hm, hold on,so he torn his legs, why would that stop him from winning stuff?

yates had torn off much more important muscles and that didnt matter. ???
Bro he is tall and wide, I mean mega wide, makes Freeman look narrow. That is the perfect combination to make your legs look like toothpicks. His upper body is in the mix with Kai and Phil but his legs throws his physique way off :-\

if it works then great.

Dorian and Ronnie can put all their cash in stemcells injecting their torn muscles and battle it out in the grandmasters just to put an end to the hulkster/ND thread  ;D

His lower quads can be fixed maybe not perfect but def much better if he chose to. Problem is most people don't know this procedure exists.

Three words: Mike Christian Syndrome, no matter how hard such guys train those quads, if the muscle fibers aren't there, aint nuttin' can be done.

These guys had gotten too greedy from the gene pool up top, not enough done bottom.

Joel was in a car accident tire both quads. Check the scars on both knees.
