i'm with you though, from what i've observed cardio is for fat people that don't ever improve or party/get drunk college sluts that wanna have their cake and eat it too, but never pull it off. they just always have love handles + bellies.
there are people who come to the gym and do 45 to 90 minutes a day. they always look the same, they never get leaner. the leanest people in the gym—you never see them on the cardio equipment (if they do it's just for like 10 minutes to warm up)
