 Galeniko is correct. The more I starve the better I look. Food or rather lack of it is the key to being shredded. Cardio and PED help, but you will get ripped on not eating if you have no access to cardio weights and ped.

i don't believe this. starving will slow your metabolism, and induce muscle wasting (burning the floors to heat the house).

oh, and about the rec drugs: meth and cocaine (i know for two examples) are noted for inducing an un-natural dry vascular look. that's why i brought that up. not accusing you.

By the way, Im not saying it doesnt work, my point was it is a waste of time.
I would rather spend 20 minutes doing anything else than cardio at the gym.

i'm with you though, from what i've observed cardio is for fat people that don't ever improve or party/get drunk college sluts that wanna have their cake and eat it too, but never pull it off. they just always have love handles + bellies.

there are people who come to the gym and do 45 to 90 minutes a day. they always look the same, they never get leaner. the leanest people in the gym—you never see them on the cardio equipment (if they do it's just for like 10 minutes to warm up)

I know its good for the heart, but as for weight loss it just doesnt justify the effort.
20 minutes flat out on a bike and piss wet through with sweat and gassed for 200 cals burnt.
People sitting there for an hour or more just ambling along on the lowest setting.
Now thats a waste of time.

well you need to do it regular to see and feel the benefits. You do not need to do hours every week but the results will come if you stick to a proper programme. you have to diet too, you need a calorie deficit. I remember training a woman who could not understand why she was not losing enough weight despite her efforts..then she told me she drunk wine every night and went out eating most nights.

Exactly. Its just a piece of the puzzle. Another tool in your bodybuilding toolbox. I like going on the treadmill for half an hour, walking at 3.5mph on an incline, I usually ramp it up to about 10-12 most days.

I walk the dogs twice a day, far better than sitting in the gym on a piece of equipment
Lol at the people who drive to the gym and then do cardio, walk to the gym and walk home again, save your gym fees you dumb fucks.

i read studies,theres no metabloic afterburn effexct whatsoever from niether weight nor cardio training.

but it feels to me like there is, but that feeling might be misleading.

however, i always sdaid eating less is just better.one hour on treadmill equals what 2 mars bars.this is crazy.

another thing about cardio though is, it kills my apetite for a while, and keeps me from eating,obviously.

but yeah,i rather go walk on the beach and do some swimming.

I stopped eating so i can have abs!  Lol

thats good enough,if done over long period and always consistent.
what you describe is borderline starving, being hungry just about when next meal comes, thats the key.always wait out hunger.
the longer one wait,the more fat he will lose.
and your bit cardio is kinda replacement for bit starving,it all adds up.

bit more starving compared to your approach would simply get one there bit quicker.

and yeah theres no magic drug, well ok t3 and efedrina are good, but they wont let one get away with a terrible diet,still.
yeah, irather sit on the bycycle, go to the city for sightseeing and walking or the beach if weather is ok.
fresh air, women etc.

and yes,lol, the ppl who go to gym for cardio only, i dont get that, today at grocery shop i saw this girl from gym whos always fat ever since she joined,she does that, and i seen what grocerys she gotten, it explained everything to me. ;D

if she simply ate less of that, she could spare herself the gym fee and the cardio
