yea the plain organic oats from that company and actually the pomegranate ones. they sell a combo pack of them at costco. i usually have 1 packet of regular and 1 packet of the pomegranate. not concerned with the little bit of sugar since i take in so little fat in my diet the sugar tends not to be stored.

I think with a shirt on, I have the advantage. I have 5lbs on you but I am also 2 inches shorter (5'10). Without a shirt, you might have slightly more sex appeal, although I don't disappoint in that department either. I'm also cruising now but will hop on a low test, medium tren, medium mast blast soon. I've also been on gh non stop for two years and that will obviously continue
