I think this depends on someone's goals. Awhile back you indicated you were once fat. You are probably really pleased with how lean you look today, and that is fine. Other folks, like me, started out as 90 lb. weaklings getting sand kicked in our faces. The highlight of my life was when I got up to 225 at 5'11". I always wanted to be big. Unfortunately, I am still pretty big at 210 and now shrunk with age and spine compression to 5'10" or so. At my age (68) I must admit that too much of that weight is not muscle weight as I'd prefer. However, I never want to go back to being that skinny kid again. In other words, I am more happy than unhappy with how I look today. Although no one is likely to think I look particularly good in a photo.

Perhaps I screwed up. I do that sometimes. Maybe this quote fits my comments better.Just so you know (as if you didn't) the ratio between you waist and your upper body is amazing. I am sure you turn some heads and have no trouble getting dates if that is what you are looking for.

ray was also 5'6 with incredicle muscle bellies,rock hard condition for 12 yrs straight,,even if bouncer's arms were 18 and he weighed 240 wrapped they still would not touch ray's,,,u could outweigh ray by 20/40 lbs shredded and his full muscle and density will crush,,,
