the 220 i still believe.simply bc hes tall.
hed be less than 200 on stage.
as for waist, it does look very small.but mine looks very small too,in some shot, lol, i measured it and no matter how hard i suck it in and i can do vacuum pose, i dont get under 82cm.to get lower than that id have to start cutting out organs
My guess is that bone structure plays a big role in waist to shoulder width measurements and appearance. I have a large bone structure. When I was really skinny, I would almost disappear if I turned sideways. However, photos taken from the front or back made me look wide and flat. I remember my jeans hanging off my hip bones and yet they were stretched across my belly like a clothesline with room to spare in the middle. Obviously, photos where the subject does a quarter turn, with their shoulders facing the camera and their waist photographed from the side are going to look amazing as far as shoulder to waist ratio. Apparently, when one leans into the photo the area closest to the camera will appear bigger than the area which is further away.
I had to look at a conversion chart to figure out your waist measurement in inches. 82cm is 32.28 inches, which is pretty damn small for a fellow that works out, sports some muscle and isn't 5'4" tall with a tiny bone structure. You have nothing to be ashamed of. I measured my fat old waist the other night only to find that it was nearly 38" or 96.52 cm to you foreigners

. It made me feel sick. I started dieting the next morning. LOL!
