'Church' is the Greek word Ekklesia which actually means 'The gathering of the called out ones' i.e. God's people, so I would have to disagree with the second part of your statement - however you CAN 'do church at home' as long as you invite everyone else!

Church has nothing to do with the order of service, the bricks & ornate windows, even the location - but ALL to do with the people gathered.

So religion is a pretty enormous bucket.   Is it all aspects of all religions in general you find comical?  Or is it something more specific about an individual religion (ex: Christianity, Catholicisim, Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses, Hinduisim, Islam)?  Or is just the general "fairytale of the fly spaghetti monster in the sky" bit applied to all faiths?

Depends on the level of delusion. Intelligent believers will reply that their belief in god is on the same level as my belief that what I see is real world. Also, they generally do not consider god as a part of real world, rather something seperate. I am sure syntaxmachine will find more "suitable" words to describe it, but that's generally the idea, more or less.

Well first of all his name isn't syntaxdouche for nothing, if a thought is expressed incorrectly be sure that syntax will be there to correct you into oblivion. Secondly, his correction is correct because it is indeed an inverse, and not a direct correlation. If I said that you were a christian, then went on to describe how you don't believe in God then there's no harm in correcting the term i used to describe you.

If you feel there is a good just like you feel what you see is real world then no, there's no rational arguments I can use. I wouldn't medicate you though or do anything with that because I see no harm. When you start affecting other people with your whatever your "god" told you then I would suggest locking you up in medical facility.
