Yea he's injury prone because 340lbs guys aren't mean to jump 5ft in the air on a frequent basis. He would be better off with less muscle actually. However he could get to a lower body fat without losing muscle and be at a light enough weight.
Shaq's knees, and ligaments and joints overall, aren't gonna be able to handle him weighing above 270 lbs (and that is being generous IMO).The stress on the knees is no different if it's a muscular 340 lbs or a lean 340 lbs.YIPZack
'Roids are completely unecessary at this stage. If and when he's ever sufficiently desperate but i don't see it. Best thing for him would be an effective trainer, if he doesn't already have one.
