Hey guys I am thinking of competing again. First and only show was 7 years ago at age 20. I have been training hard for the last year and want to give the stage one last shot. I know how to diet for a show but I am really unsure and how to properly run a pre-contest cycle. For my first show I basically listened to whatever my training partner had to say. If I do is I want to win and don't want to leave anything on the table. So my proposed stack would be something like this:
10 week cycle
1-4: 500 mgs test prop per week
350 mgs tren ace per week
50 mgs proviron per day
5-6: 500 mgs test prop per week
350 mgs tren ace per week
50 mgs proviron per day
7-8: 250 mgs test prop per week
500 mgs tren ace per week
350 mgs mast prop per week
50 mgs proviron per day
9: 700 mgs tren ace per week
500 mgs mast prop per week
75 mgs proviron per day
10: 700 mgs tren ace per week
700 mgs mast prop per week
100 mgs proviron per day
150 mgs drol per day
I also need some advice on those last 2 or 3 weeks of contest prep. For instance, when do I drop my water? When do I drop my carbs? When do I carb up? Thanks for the help. Pic from my first show attached.
