Jesus am I ever getting old. I look at myself today and I got those old eye wrinkles of a 5 star rum pot alcoholic bum. Time to start really taking care of the body. Stay away from french fries and such. I feel and look like shit.

I started late old timer. Had to drop from 300 to 170's first. Now I'm prime for building some muscle. Just a depressing day all around as it's a freezing rain storm out and I can't go out to do any kind of celebrating. Was looking forward to going to my favorite breakfast spot, Dennys

my problem is my genetic frame. was a lanky fuck growing up. then discovered alcohol and got fat, then stopped drinking, lost the weight, and remained a lanky fuck. long arms, short muscle insertions. i'm not trying to be a competitor, just look the best i can. live what i can out of the lifestyle

Yes it's an impressive feat, and although he's not feeling the most optimistic right now, he should be because if he can do that, he's got it in him to do a lot more.

I dont get why people like Jedi join Getbig when they never lifted weighs a day in their life. What is the appeal of joining a bodybuilding board if you dont lift? That is like me randomly joining a tennis forum even though I have never played a tennis. I dont get it $:-\$ $:-\$

Maybe the same reason you walk past the gay bar on the way home and look through the windows? He intends to get serious with his lifting so this is the best place to browse/try before you buy.
