265 for 5 to chin level.

Not impressive at all. I doubt you could do a full rep with 225.

That's actually extremely strong for a standing dumbbell press.

Sarcasm is such an insecure little shit. It's pathetic.

Don't crip on Mirzy's set.

dude, im 5'4 180lbs and db shoulder press 100s for 6-8 reps using good form (not that half rep shit) but good shit anyways. i have always been strong in the shoulders ( my best bosy part) and do 50s for side lat for 8 reps and the heaviest i have done were 60s for atleast 5 or so (very tough and not the best form, barely swinging though)

at 5'4 all your reps are half reps ;)

So you're gonna get upset and start a thread everytime you see a guy lifting a weight less than you can handle and has a look of confidence?

Are you that much of an insecure bitch?

i do 315 for 7 or sometimes 8 on flat bench that puts me at 375 for a single, if i tried a single on barbell shoulder press i probably wouldn't get 295, your reps go down a lot faster on shoulder presses than on benches so the numbers are still almost a hundred pounds apart, also, flat bench has always been a weak exercise for me.

Not impressive at all. I doubt you could do a full rep with 225.

Had to ask why you do not think that is impressive.  Just because he doesn't go below the chin???

It is safer for your shoulders not to go far below the chin when you go to a heavy front press...

Once I started going heavier on the press, the extra 3 inches deeper just put my shoulders at a risk of injury.  I feel it is very unessary to go lower.  There are other exercises to compliment the shoulders as front raises, heavy laterals....

I switch hit between Dbells and free press..  The problem with Dbells is that unless you have a training partner, jerking anything over 120s is damn near impossible to get to shoulder level.....

Sarcasm,, I love your threads!..NOT...

Everythread, your picking oon people lifting in the gym.

Let me ask you, this guy pressing 90s, was this his second exercise perhaps? Or MAybe 3rd? (Maybe he did sidelaterals, then military presses, and dumbell presses LAST, hence the "lighterweight" you think hes lifting?)

WHy dont you post a pic of your lame ass? Just blurr out your whopperhead, (imsure your a uglymofo since all you do is make fun of others)...blurr out your head and post some pics.

BTW< you probably cant press 90s in your first set you pathetic POS.
