nuttin...i'm just bitching cuz i hate it when it opens in ur browser all of the sudden -- takes like 10 seconds to load the pdf engine and always crashes my browser when i close the window. I like to know beforehand so I can dl them to my desktop and look at them that way -- then it doesn't crash, and you can open multiple pdf's at once (w/o having to reload and reload the engine the way you do when it's in the browser)

G... I think it's time you seriously thought about upgrading.  I know you're realllllllly good at Win95 and all, but there have been some serious innovations in software in the last 11 years!

Are you contradicting Dan Duchaine?

I have an athlon64 3500 with a gig of ram and I still get delay opening PDF's

You can continue to upgrade your shit and adobe will still trump you with added bloat.

The answer is to not load pdfs in browsers.. use save as

It really was MCT oil.  Duchaine said that himself.

I know less about synthol/gear than I know about finding the G-spot. And I can't do that without a roadmap and a GPS locator.

I just reposted the stuff.  Trying to read through it.  Duchaine writes on a pretty high level.

I was always curious about the use of MCT oil in this formulation -- not really sure why it would produce any significant differences vs. LCT's.

Maybe someone could try making it with ENOVA oil and see how that works -- not that anyone around here makes the stuff themselves -- that would be wrong.

I wish the whole idea of injecting oil into a muscle to make it look bigger would drop off the face of the earth.

What's enova oil? MCT dissapates after like 3-5 days...I don't know the jokers who came up with the 2 year bullshit.

What you actually need is some fluid that'll spread real nicely for like a day -- so it gets all throughout your muscle. Then firms up and stays around for a couple weeks. So it's not in one spot, but remains long enough that it can stretch the muscle w/o having to inject every other day. MCT does that to a point, but not very well.

And, oddly enough, it seems that the oil in QV (I don't know what they use) takes like 3 weeks to fully dissapate. But, it hardly spreads in your muscle, so it's lame in place of MCT because it always makes prominent lumps.

www.boom7.com

ENOVA oil is a diglyceride -- but it doesn't really matter I don't think.  I believe that any oil would most likely work in a similar fashion.

Regarding the QV issue -- what you are most likely experiencing is irritation at the injection due to the compound in the oil and not the oil itself.  They most likely use cottenseed oil or something similar.

He was the first to apply Ketogenic diets to bodybuilding, for the purposes of depletion and hypercompensation....... mainly for pre-contest prep.

Anything the guy wrote was golden.  You could always count on "the good shit" being contained within his works.  He knew precisely how to appeal to us.  And it doesn't really matter that all of his ideas weren't original.  Again, "it's all been done before," and what really counts is the ingenuity of a product or idea's packaging.  It's that packaging that can make the seemingly irrelevant suddenly entirely relevant and applicable to new markets, just by re-aligning perceptions.  Like DIV said, he "bridged gaps."

It is the basis of all the ketogenic cycle diets.
Zumpano published it in 1980 in Muscle Builder.
Modified version came out in 1983 as the

The Anabolic Diet is simply a variation of the Ultimate
Diet that I and Michael Zumpano published in 1982.
The UD was a low calorie version of Zumpano's
Rebound Training System, published in Weider's
Muscle Power in 1980. I am unusually irked at
DiPasguale in not acknowledging Zumpano's role
of all the subsequent cyclic ketogenic diets.
BTW: the AD is immensely crude in comparison
to my (upcoming) BODYOPUS variant. I do not
recommend eating SPAM as Mauro does.

That's real holmes.

Yeah, they are -- I actually remember when he wrote those.

I am just playing with DIV on this whole DD thing -- everyone has their idols.

And, like Jeff stated it was more on how he presented things vs. whether or not the idea was his -- which a lot were not.

Just being real DIV.

True.

Duchaine took what Zumpano came up with and altered it to fit what he wanted for BodyOpus.  Agree though, it was how he changed the presentation, how he fed it to us in a palatable way that we could understand and digest.
