Yes, it's quite ironic that we free people must lose our freedom to stop the people who hate our freedom.

Needless to say, there's no end in sight.

Not really.  we have had this discussion.  You can't seem to cite too many significant freedoms lost that the average person has to deal with.  Granted, the Terrorist, did accomplish to change our lives a bit.

BTW:  Been though about 20 TSA scanners with my belt on since we last talked.  Got caught once. The TSA guy and i laughed.   :)

Whether you have to deal with it or not isn't the issue. Whether the loss is against the average person or not isn't the issue.

Agree.  Having to take off my shoes at the airport is a real pain.  And I detest those stupid scanners.  Other than that, not much has changed in terms of loss of freedom/rights.

For YOU and OzmO perhaps... A lot of other people may not be able to say the same.

Is it?

Laws change all the time.  They have all through out our history.  When basics freedoms are overturned such as the ones in the bill of rights among others they will effect the average joe and there will be a revolution as a result.  If I can't wear a belt through a scanner which i do repeatedly, i ain't tripping. There are some that cause concern for me.  But not enough to claim we are no longer a freedom country.

Can you answer Ozmo's question about specific rights and freedoms you have lost since 9/11?

Actually we're both a pretty good measure because we both travel a lot.

I don't have the mindset for the Twilight Zone at the moment, so I thank you for responding, bro.

How I am inconsistent?

Oh, I was stuck at this one airport and they brought Pizzas for everyone, but they had to put each pizza through the x-ray machine.  Priceless.  Dam Pizzas don't even have rights anymore lol

You know what else I've had to do?  Take off my watch, because it has GPS.  Sets off the bells.  I am outraged.   >:(
