I'm 30 , and the last 2years off training and AA's.Due to lack of good nutrition i have got fat and I'm now 1.75m about 120kg-265lbs.
My motivation is low , i like to train , do you think its a good idea to start a cycle with test 500mg/week while doing a lot of cardio and diet, for extra motivation and good feeling ?Or should i pass, diet train and hit it after i lose weight.
