I think he's referring to people who accuse everyone of steroid use.
most people who look like they're on roids are on roids

and a lot of people who dont look like they're on roids, are on roids as well

What secrets? I never claimed to have any. You have an Olympic coach, yet you still needed drugs to hit 16".

Again, you might want to invest in a new coach. Your cracked musing that NOBODY can be bigger or stronger than you without steroids is laughable, to say the least.

then taking 1cc of test for 2 months and making more gains than in the last 5 years

natual lifting doesnt make you big and lean

it can give you a pleasing shape tho but no muscle size to speak of

full lean muscles is pretty much proof


but a lot of fat or skinny girls also on roids, in that case it's hard to tell

How does the saying go again, "Professionals built the Titanic; amateurs built the Ark."

How about not-so-proper form, from time to time? As the saying goes, everything works but it doesn't work forever.

And, I didn't even get into the nutrition aspect.

So, to recap, you needed a professional coach AND steroids, just to get those twisty-tie arms of yours to 16".

this is the bodybuilder on steroid approach, it works, provided you are on roids


when natural, pretty much nothing works, but the go crazy approach would work even less than the correct way


steroids give more room for error thats why no need for intricate periodization and volume dosing etc

for powerlifting purposes tho it is advisable to use a sound plan even when on peds, or so they tell me

I never looked even close to as good as that guy so FAIL

And of course I ony posted up some good ones.  I have plenty of bad ones too.

Not quite!!

One thing I learned for me is to STOP training to failure. That fried my muscles to the point where I couldn't recover properly. As Bill Pearl used to day, "Train, don't strain"!

On rare occasion, I might try it. But, for the most part, I leave it out.

Now, about that nutrition stuff.....

But it still takes YEARS to build quality muscle and these young punks think this shit happens overnight.
