Where do you figure that fat from whole eggs is not good? Egg yolk contain a good amount of omega 3 fatty acids.
It contains O3's, but not that much, see the list below. When you selects foods, you also need to study their negative parts, such as the cholesterol content. Testosterone is derived from cholesterol, that's the good part, but don't overdo it.

But you consume those ice creams every day, like it's 'normal' food. C'mon, you're not a child anymore with a superfast metabolism.
Can't agree with you on the Gatorade though, since its there post work out.
C'mon, calling it 'post wo' is a weak excuse. Add a small dash of fruit juice to your water, inner- & post wo, and you will be fine.
Why do you figure 10 g of creatine is bad during a cutting phase? Creatine can be taken during cutting without any problems. Hell I've even been as high as 20 g of creatine 4 weeks out from a show and didn't see any sort of ill-effects.
Because you're holding water as a result of it, esp in those large quantities. Creatine is for strength, good during your off season, but in a cutting phase it's rather a matter of maintaining your mass, while getting shredded.
