No you could easily eat 2500 calories a day and lose 30 lbs without any cardio either.
For anyone that's predispositoned to be lean, yeah that's probably possible.
But, for some people, we eat less than 2500 calories normally and still become overweight.
The solution is either calorie deficit or low carb for people like me.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way? I've dieted for years and this is the best non-cardio approach.
