You have to remember though, there are two main types of delusion:
1. Those that are shredded, but super small and think just because they are shredded they are huge when in reality they are tiny, weak twinks for lack of a better term. No carbs all the time=No strength all the time.
2. Those that are fatter than hell and think because the scale shows them at 250+ and they have 20" fat arms think they are huge.
No, I'm not saying you're #2 as I have not seen how strong you actually are or how much bodyfat you really have. Just making a point.
