OK, I will tell you. I have been working on keeping my posts a bit shorter, but I guess that didn't work here. Anyway, if you truly believe that we don't need fiber in our diets, can you provide some documentation to support that? I goes against what every dietitian suggest is healthy. I don't usually take diet advice from muscle-heads because they rarely know what they are talking about. My reasoning is that there appears to be a disproportionate number of huge bodybuilders who die young from heart, liver and kidney failure.
Do you want to know why dietitians suggest fibre? because it helps, I suggest it to, but it is not needed, you can go years with out it and there will be no repercussion, maybe just a bit of constipation, you need to open your eyes and learn how to read, myself and disgusted never said it was not good for you, we simply stated that is not essential and the body does not require it.
In fact I stay away from all fibre when I diet because I increase my omega 3 fats and it helps twice as much as any dietary fibre, a far better alternative for your digestive system.
BTW I train people and prep them for bodybuilding contests, bodybuilders, physique competitors, figure girls and bikini girls and I have a lot of experience with trial and error. What i have found is when someone is taking plenty of healthy fats on a low carb diet, fibre is simply not needed and many preffer to go without it.
Let me know if you need another lesson on anything else
